What method of shipping do you use?
Products shipped from Canada are sent via Canada Post. Any products
coming from our warehouse in the United States are shipped via USPS
It varies. There are many factors on the length of time it will take to receive
your order. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of processing.
However some products are custom made to order and take longer to
make. Items such as Doggie Diapers, Belly Bands. We are a Canadian
company and some of our items are shipped from Canada while most
items are shipped from the United States. Therefore, on occasion, there
may be delays at the Canada / U.S Customs. Holiday peek periods may
also cause delays as well as poor weather conditions and Postal Service

I ordered more than one item and when I received my package, some of it
was missing. What happened to the rest of my order ?
We have several warehouses throughout the United States and Canada
therefore, some items may be shipped in separate packages. We do not
charge extra shipping fees for this service.

Do accept credit cards for payments?
YES. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover,
American Express, as well as U.S Bank Money
I tried to enter my Credit Card information and I keep getting an error "The card you
entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card
number". Why did this happen?
There could be several reasons why your transaction did not go through, here are a few
1. The EXACT name which is on the Credit Card MUST be input on the first page of the check
out page. For example, if your name is John Doe and your Credit Card has John A Doe, you
MUST input the initial as well.
2. If you have moved recently, you may need to input your OLD address in the shipping
instructions and then put a note in the "Comments" field where to ship your purchase.
3. You may have had a PayPal account many years ago and forgot about it or can't
remember your password.
4. If you are still not able to complete your order, please contact PayPal directly FIRST at
1-888-221-1161 , they should be able to fix this problem while you are on the telephone. Once
you have contacted PayPal and you have attempted to complete your order and it still did
